Giannis Mikrogiannakis

Management Consultant

Giannis Mikrogiannakis is the founder of Mind Ithaca, a business organization, management, and transformation consultancy. Through the projects he undertakes, he demonstrates in practice how systems—both digital and organizational—can transform businesses, helping them survive, adapt, and grow in a world of constant change.

He spent three decades working for some of the country’s leading enterprise software companies. He held senior leadership positions in Greece and abroad, overseeing sales, customer services, software development, quality, and business units. He worked personally with hundreds of companies across manufacturing, distribution, retail, and services. His work has contributed to the transformation of thousands of businesses.

He has also been an athlete with extensive experience as a footballer, mountaineer, rock climber, marathon runner, pilot, and competitive skydiver. In 2014, he survived a skydiving accident and has since continued to pursue chess, scuba diving, and long-distance swimming. He studied Business Administration at the Athens University of Economics and Business and speaks English and French.
