Yiannis Yiannakopoulos

Learning & Development Leader – Distribution Channels

Yiannis Yiannakopoulos has built a diverse career across Sales, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Learning & Development. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of leadership roles, building and leading teams and delivering complex projects and initiatives, several of which have received recognition in Greece and internationally.

In the field of Learning & Development, he has received two Gold awards at the international Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards, in the categories Best Advance in Creating a Learning Strategy and Best Learning Technology Implementation.

He holds a degree in Mathematics and an MBA with a specialization in Strategic Management. He has also earned professional certifications from international organizations in Learning & Development, Management, Consulting, and sales force development, including Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) and Chartered Insurance Agency Manager (CIAM).

He has been actively involved in Greek and international professional organizations, has served as Chair of LIMRA’s Greece and Cyprus Committee, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Institute of Insurance Studies.
